The Martin GHP30 gives the operator more versatility whilst maintaining a very low angle of incline and increased safety. Container locks, maximised level deck and longer front overhang ensure more types of loads such as containers (40ft and 20ft center mount), pallets and other bulk items. The low angle of incline with added features makes this an ideal lowbed for towing and recovery, construction, small mining equipment, plant hire aswell as bulk cargo transport. High strength steel results in lower running costs and licence fees, increased payload and stronger chassis. Payload for a 40ft container is 31 tonnes and for a 20ft is 24.5 tonnes.
